Barrelmarked Partner Terms & Conditions

Effective: May 2025

1. Listing & Participation

As a Barrelmarked Partner, your distillery will be featured on our digital partner map and may be included in limited-run printed passport editions. Inclusion in the Founding Edition is offered at no cost.

2. Member Perks

Each partner agrees to offer a small perk to verified Barrelmarked members. This may include (but is not limited to):

  • A welcome pour
  • A 2-for-1 tasting
  • A tasting upgrade
  • A discount on bottle purchase
  • A pour of a limited or reserve spirit

Partners may update or adjust their selected perk at any time by contacting us.

3. Passport Stamping

Each participating distillery will receive a custom Barrelmarked stamp to mark a page in the member’s physical passport. Use of the stamp is optional but strongly encouraged. Stamps are provided free of charge.

4. Updates & Removal

Partners may pause or end participation at any time with 14 days’ written notice. Barrelmarked reserves the right to remove any partner if the guest experience is repeatedly compromised or a perk is not honored in good faith.

5. No Cost Guarantee

There are no fees, contracts, or obligations for inclusion in the Founding Edition of Barrelmarked. Future editions may include paid tiers or additional marketing options, but Founding Partners will not be charged retroactively.

6. Brand Use & Representation

Barrelmarked retains the right to use your name, logo, and general business information in physical and digital marketing materials, including the passport, map, and partner list. You may request edits or removal at any time.
